We have experience dealing with claims arising out of termination, suspension of works, alleged defective design, contractual works matters, joint ventures internal incompliance, increase of overhead costs, as well as claims arising from delay, extra-works, variations, termination and certification. We have also assisted several clients in pre-litigious and complex construction related proceedings.
We have been involved in the developments in the standard documentation of large scale constructions in Macau and of the construction legal framework, thus our firm provides innovative, practical and accessible legal advice based on standard practice and in view of regulatory issues that govern constructions in Macau. We provide custom-made contract drafting, based on the industry standard forms and taking into special attention dispute avoidance techniques.
