Jacky works closely with partner and private notary João Encarnação in all Real Estate transactions and conveyancing and notarial deeds conducted in the firm. He specializes in drafting, documenting and advising purchasers, sellers and lenders on real estate acquisitions and related securities, including the assistance to Banking & Finance clients in their contract executions of loan agreements, financings and mortgages.

In the Corporate / M&A practice areas, he assists numerous international corporations setting up their Macau entities and advises on a daily basis several Macau companies in corporate, secretarial and registration matters.
