Fátima Dermawan invited to join panel of AAM Mediation Centre

Fátima Dermawan was invited to join the panel of mediators of The Macau Lawyers Association Mediation and Conciliation Centre, one of the two Macau mediation institutions under the CEPA Investment Agreement.

To complement the implementation of the Investment Dispute Mediation Mechanism under the CEPA Investment Agreement, the Macau Economic Bureau (DSE) offers investment dispute mediation assistance, helping Mainland investors by referring their mediation requests to the disputing sides and mediation institutions.
