MdME has launched a dedicated Employment & Immigration department in order to address its Clients growing demand for specialized legal services in these crucial areas of their businesses. Our Employment & Immigration practice will add specialized industry knowledge to MdME’s expertise under the leadership of lateral-hire Isolda Brasil.

Isolda has several years of experience practicing in Macau and advises Clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment and immigration issues, including those relating to all forms of employment-related litigation, terms and conditions of employment, remuneration and incentives, human resources restructurings, employees’ data privacy, secondment mechanisms, managerial and technical residency solutions, and collective negotiations. Isolda will be supported by a multi-lingual team with vast human resources’ experience, who will be able to assist Clients in the full-range of employment and immigration matters.
