MdME promotes Internal Training on IPO’s

MdME promoted today an internal training session on Initial Public Offering, listing all the phases of an IPO, its pros, cons and requirements, giving an extensive insight of the Macau framework and Counsel's principal obligations. The Training session was conducted by Liliana Faria, who specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions and general Corporate and Commercial work. Liliana is a Senior Associate at MdME and regularly acts on private equity acquisitions across a range of sectors with focus on media, retail, commercial offshores and financial institutions.
